MEET THE TRAINER
Hey there, I’m Gracie Lee! I’m a certified personal trainer focused on functional strength and longevity. Fitness has been a constant in my life, shaped by years as an athlete, a mom who spent her career as a group exercise instructor, and my own experience coaching others. A debilitating neurological illness in high school became a true turning point, and through that recovery, I discovered the body’s miraculous ability to heal and rebuild. I’m here to help others soar.
TRAVEL LIGHT, GO FAR
Inspired by my dad’s cross country bike adventures in the ‘80s, travel light and go far became a mantra. With all his necessities packed into a few small panniers, he accomplished an extraordinary feat that spanned thousands of miles coast-to-coast. And so that spirit lives on. I'll bring the essentials. You'll bring the grit. Together, we'll go far.
